Out-of-towners
At Victoria Surgery, we attempt to make visits for out-of-town patients as convenient and comfortable as possible. We are honoured that you would travel a great distance to be with us.
The southbound highway from the ferry terminal and airport brings you to within one block of the clinic. Likewise, patients travelling south through Duncan on Highway #1 pass within one block of us. Check the map in our Find Us section. We are truly centrally located.
Sometimes the surgeon will ask that you stay in the city overnight following your surgery, particularly if it was prolonged or more complex. This allows the surgeon to check on your condition and deal with any issues before the journey home. Overnight stays are available at the clinic but many patients are able to stay in a nearby motel at less cost. Here is a partial list of motels within 5 blocks of the clinic:
