At Victoria Surgery, it is important that your entire experience with us is professional, and that you feel well-informed, cared for and treated with dignity. Because medical procedures can often be stressful, we have made every effort to ensure you feel comfortable in the clinic. This applies to everything from the respectful, professional way we conduct ourselves to small details like providing plush robes that don't leave you feeling exposed, heated blankets in the recovery room, a welcoming, serene atmosphere and an underground parkade close to elevator access to give you convenience and privacy when you are arriving or leaving.
You may not notice that we have special soundproofing throughout the clinic to protect your privacy, but we do. Would you be surprised to know that we have gardens outside the operating room windows on the third floor? We think it makes the hospitals a little "green" with envy.
